Cruising Cuppa is a family run mobile coffee vendor providing excellent quality full range of organic coffee and tea as well as tasty home baked treats using all natural and organic ingredients. Our unit is a small mobile unit and is suitable for outdoor as well as indoor locations. We attend all types of functions ranging from corporate and private functions, sporting functions, community events, large scale music festival, school functions, fetes and markets.
All our food and beverages are made with love and with our fragile earth in mind. As such we only use products that are kind to the earth such as fully biodegradable or recycled packaging. Our coffee is organic and fair trade and all our home baked treats are fresh and made using organic ingredients. We are waste wise conscious and at all times try to minimise the use of unnecessary packing and try to compost where ever possible.
Speedy service is foremost on our agenda. We are always trying to come up with ways to serve our customers faster so that they do not spend excessive periods of time waiting for a coffee as is often the case at large music festival, community events or agricultural shows.
To this end we use pods of coffee which are preground and immediately tampered to the ideal compression for the grind and vacuum sealed so that each and every extraction is not only fast to produce and fresh as the moment the beans were ground but is always perfect as there is no room for human error.
We employ as many people as it take to ensure that we can cope with high demand. Usually we have one person taking orders, another extracting the shots and one frothing the milk.
OUR FAMOUS MILK FROTHERS
Our milk is frothed using separate milk frothing units which allows us to froth up to 2 litres of milk at one time, which means there is always silky, foamy and deliciously creamy and perfectly frothed milk to complete our orders. These frothers have taken us some time to perfect with the manufacturer and are unique to our business. The response to these frothers has been so overwhelming that they are available for purchase directly through us.
